- Can i view my current & past orders?
Yes, you can log in and view your orders in the My Account dashboard.
- What happens after I place my order?
Upon checkout, your order status will be updated to ‘processing’. This status will remain until we have meticulously packaged your prints and dispatched them for delivery. Your order is marked as ‘complete’ once we’ve handed it over to our courier. This can take up to 7 working days at busy times. Following this, our courier aims to deliver your package within 2 days.
We’re dedicated to enhancing your experience and are in the process of introducing additional order statuses. This will offer you a clearer insight into the precise stage of your order. Furthermore, we’re developing a feature to provide tracking numbers directly within your ‘My Account’ dashboard, ensuring you’re fully informed from the moment of purchase to delivery.

We have a simple returns and refund policy.
Glass Art & Splashbacks
At 1st Glass Art, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as expected. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns policy for our Glass Art & Splashback products. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please be aware that return postage costs fall under the buyer’s responsibility. For a full refund, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Should an item be returned in a condition that indicates wear or use beyond simple handling, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service for returns, ensuring the safe and confirmed delivery of your item back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Should you have any queries or require assistance with your return, our customer support team is on hand to help.
Glass Prints & Photo Walls
Given the bespoke nature of our Glass Prints and Photo Wall products, created uniquely for you upon request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items. Our design platform aims to empower you with creative control, allowing for the addition of filters and colour adjustments to personalise your piece. Please note, the final print may slightly differ from what is displayed on your screen, though rest assured, our state-of-the-art printing technology is designed to deliver exceptional quality that brings your vision to life.

- How do we ship your prints?
We ship your prints using FedEx. They are reliable and deliver our products with care. Making sure that you receive your glass prints in one piece.
All our products are shipped in a box with protective foam around the glass complete with brackets, screws and instructions.
Don’t forget that we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £29!
