  • Can i view my current & past orders?

    Yes, you can log in and view your orders in the My Account dashboard.

  • What happens after I place my order?

    Upon checkout, your order status will be updated to ‘processing’. This status will remain until we have meticulously packaged your prints and dispatched them for delivery. Your order is marked as ‘complete’ once we’ve handed it over to our courier. This can take up to 7 working days at busy times. Following this, our courier aims to deliver your package within 2 days.

    We’re dedicated to enhancing your experience and are in the process of introducing additional order statuses. This will offer you a clearer insight into the precise stage of your order. Furthermore, we’re developing a feature to provide tracking numbers directly within your ‘My Account’ dashboard, ensuring you’re fully informed from the moment of purchase to delivery.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    We have a simple returns and refund policy.

    Glass Art & Splashbacks

    For Glass Art: You may return any item purchased within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that if an item is returned in a condition indicating wear or use beyond simple handling, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.

    For Standard Splashbacks: Due to every item being made to order and the option for a sample for every image, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

    For Custom Size Glass Art & Custom Size Splashbacks: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, created uniquely for each customer upon request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

    Glass Prints & Photo Walls

    For Glass Prints & Photo Walls: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, created uniquely for each customer upon request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We aim to provide creative control through our design platform, allowing for customisation options. Please be aware that the final print may slightly differ from what is displayed on your screen, although our printing technology ensures exceptional quality.

  • How do we ship your prints?

    We ship your prints using FedEx. They are reliable and deliver our products with care. Making sure that you receive your glass prints in one piece.

    All our products are shipped in a box with protective foam around the glass complete with brackets, screws and instructions.

    Don’t forget that we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £29!
