At 1st Glass Art, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as expected. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns policy for our Glass Art & Splashback products. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please be aware that return postage costs fall under the buyer’s responsibility. For a full refund, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Should an item be returned in a condition that indicates wear or use beyond simple handling, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service for returns, ensuring the safe and confirmed delivery of your item back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Should you have any queries or require assistance with your return, our customer support team is on hand to help.
Glass Prints, Photo Walls, Custom Size Wall Art & Custom Size Splashbacks
Given the bespoke nature of our Glass Prints, Photo Walls, custom sized wall art & custom sized splashbacks, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
When printing your supplied images our design platform aims to empower you with creative control, allowing for the addition of filters and colour adjustments to personalise your piece. Please note, the final print may slightly differ from what is displayed on your screen due to devices displaying colours differently. Rest assured, our state-of-the-art printing technology is designed to deliver exceptional quality.
