Welcome to 1st Glass Art (referred to herein as “the Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Website.
1. Product Orders and Delivery
1.1 By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
1.3 We dispatch our products within 7 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Our hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to enquire if you can receive your order within a certain timeframe please call 01995 503031
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, whether due to typographical error, inaccuracy, or otherwise. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if applicable.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 For Glass Art & Splashback products (excluding custom sizes): You may return any item purchased within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that if an item is returned in a condition indicating wear or use beyond simple handling, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.
2.2 For Custom Size Glass Art & Custom Size Splashbacks: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, created uniquely for each customer upon request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
2.3 For Glass Prints & Photo Walls: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, created uniquely for each customer upon request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We aim to provide creative control through our design platform, allowing for customization options. Please be aware that the final print may slightly differ from what is displayed on your screen, although our printing technology ensures exceptional quality.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 1st Glass Art or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 1st Glass Art, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
5. Governing Law
5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
6. Discounts and Offers
6.1 All discounts and offers advertised on our website or other platforms exclude custom sized kitchen splashbacks.
